International Customer Recommendations
If you are ordering a mold cleaner, I highly recommend an International Electronics Spare Parts Kit that consist of 1 motor, 1 switch, and 1 control board which are basically the only electronic parts that could fail that would be costly to replace. The price of that kit is $30 and can be found in the “Mold Cleaner” menu section. I might also suggest if you are going to use a certain spindle more than others you might add a spare set for that to your order as well. I would also suggest you get a pack of the PEC-PAD cleaning pads direct from me as they are the recommended pad to use with my cleaner and I am a licensed dealer for them. Lastly, I recommend getting a spray bottle with a “mister” option so you can evenly dampen the pads, and 99% Isopropyl alcohol as it contains zero water content and dries fast. I do not stock the bottle or alcohol, but I do have links to Amazon of the exact brands I use in my store under the “Mold Cleaner” menu.
International Shipping Terms
By completing your order you are agreeing that if there are ANY shipping issues once the package reaches your countries customs, you will assume all responsibility for the package at that time both physically and financially. I do not have the ability to handle shipping issues with international carriers once it arrives in your country. I ship international orders with UPS (United Parcel Service) as they are the only carrier who can be trusted with International Delivery, however if the cost for UPS is much higher than USPS I will give you the option to choose and will message you about that choice. You are also agreeing that you will be responsible for all of your country’s customs fees/duties/taxes/etc.
Due to the low cost and narrow profit margin I maintain on my products, should there be any replacement parts required either in or out of warranty, you must agree to assume the shipping costs involved with repairs. This is the only way I can justify shipping internationally and offering my products to all of the world.

All cleaner products come with a 30 day parts warranty and lifetime labor warranty.
VHS Shell Warranty
Although these tape shells are newly manufactured, due to the materials and manufacturing process the tapes may exhibit difficulty in taking them apart and can sometimes exhibit a light squeak that will lessen over time being played/used. As well, since 1/2″ magnetic media for VHS has not been produced since 2004, the magnetic media in them is virgin media from unused tape providers from back when 1/2″ VHS magnetic media was made. Potential quality issues such as dropouts, artifacting, and tracking issues could present itself during playback. If you have questions or concerns reach out prior to purchase.
Due to the low profit margin on these tapes, refunds or replacments will only be provided if a shell is damaged during shipping. If you are disatisfied with the magnetic media quality or any of the above mentioned issues, you may return for a refund at your own expense per the “General Warranty” stated below.
General Warranty
Domestic Orders: Any product that arrives broken in transit will be refunded or replaced. Otherwise, any item you wish to return will be done so at your expense and only the cost of the item itself will be refunded. If you tamper with any product such as opening a shell or modifying a display, no returns/refunds will be accepted.
International Orders: All returns/refunds/replacements will be handled under the International Shipping Terms set above.
