Our favorite new tool

The VHS is Life mold cleaner allows us to finally have an efficient way to treat moldy tapes in our digitization lab (and saves us from having to send these out to a vendor). I really appreciate all the research and testing that has gone into this product, which helps me feel save cleaning our unique archival materials with this machine. I also really appreciate how Tony has made connections with folks in the AV archives world, which has led to things like spindles for less common formats and improvements in spindle design. This is a great and very affordable product!
