*Although these tape shells are newly manufactured, the magnetic media in them is virgin media from unused tape providers from back when 1/2″ analog magnetic media was made.  Due to the materials and manufacturing process the tapes may exhibit difficulty in taking them apart and can sometimes exhibit a light squeak that will lessen over time being played/used.
