We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must include its original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, send an email to contact@vhsislife.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return mailing address. Returns must be sent by mail. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions and cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days . Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery
- Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or returned incomplete
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
This return policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
