Excellent customer service, great cleaning

Received my unit very quick after ordering and upon delivery had some minor learning curves for which the maker himself reached out to troubleshoot/ provide guidance. The issue was not an issue at all just first time user anxiety. The first tape I cleaned is working perfectly in my VCR and it was simple once I got the hang of it. If you have moldy tapes you don’t want to part with, this is definitely worth the ticket, would be great for shops and restorers too who digitize stuff. Planning to use it for mold, but also to clean old family videos before digitizing them to have the best quality.
