Great product even better customer service

Hands down THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had with any company. I was having trouble with my tape cleaner, I submitted a ticket for help, after hours, expecting a reply within a couple of business days.. Tony called me within 10 minutes and offered to video chat so I can show him what was the problem. He explained things very well and it turns out it was purely user error lol! Absolutely amazing company and an amazing product I have been able to save so many tapes now instead of tossing them out!
